RETURN POLICY
Once you place an order with Gloss By Lee, your order can only be canceled within 3 business days.

All shipping in the US should arrive with 2 to 5 business days depending on the date of your purchase and your location. Shipping time can be delayed due to transportation, and items need to make products being out of stock. If this becomes an issue, I will reach out to you on an individual basis to keep you updated on out of stock or preordered items. Tracking numbers are sent out to your provided email address at the time of your order.

All shipments are reviewed before being sent off to the Post Office.

Gloss By Lee is NOT responsible for any damaged or lost items.
Once you receive a tracking number and i send the packages off to USPS, they are no longer in my hands or control, and there is nothing i can do. Please contact your local mail carrier to assist you with tracking lost/missing packages.

Any returned orders due to damaged products or an incorrect shipping address being provided will be charged an additional shipping fee to reship the order.

We highly suggest doing a small patch test for allergic reactions as we are not responsible for any negative reactions to our products. All of our products are 100% vegan, GMO, and cruelty-free.

We do NOT give anyone refunds or free merchandise for ANY reason.
