I am not responsible for any damage that is caused after your order has been taken to the post office. Once the item has been shipped it is out of my hands. Therefore, you will not receive a replacement or refund for damaged products. I assure you that I do not ship damaged or ripped products. I do all i can to insure the shipping is safe using packing peaunts, bubblerap, etc. I do not issue refunds for any reason.
